FAQ.

Yes, absolutely! Non-Italian couples can legally wed in Italy, but paperwork is required. I gladly guide couples through permits, translations, and all legal steps to ensure your marriage is official. If needed, I can gladly be a witness too. 

It really depends on your preferences and the spots you want to say your vows at. But, generally speaking spring (April–June) and fall (September–October) are ideal—mild weather, fewer crowds, and gorgeous light for photos. Summer is beautiful but busier and hotter.

Italy has endless options—and again, it very much depends on your preferences and liking! I love helping couples pick a location that matches their style and vision.

Not necessarely—but having local expertise helps with permits, vendors, and logistics. As an italian elopement photographer and planner, I handle coordination myself to make your day stress-free; I can reach out for the necessary permits and more.

Essential vendors usually include a photographer (Hello!) , an officiant, and possibly a hair & makeup artist, maybe a videographer. I know quite a few professionals from the wedding industry, sharing their names to couples to curate a small, reliable team for a seamless experience is my pleasure!

Absolutely! Italian elopements can be intimate or include a small guest list. I’ve photographed elopements with just the couple or with 8–10 loved ones—they were all equally beautiful and fun! Bring (or not!) people, whatever feels right for you! 

6–12 months is ideal, especially for permits, travel, and booking the best locations especially if you have specific private locations in mind. But you can plan it in as little as 3 months too! I will help you create the timeline so your day comes together effortlessly. 

Yes absolutely! I think that is such a cute idea! You chose Italy, let’s bring in some traditions whatever kind they may be (rituals, food, etc) to add a bit of sparkle and la Dolce Vita.

Italy yes, can be unpredictable! When planning, we will make sure to have backup plans so we can adjust on the fly—whether that means moving indoors, changing timing, or even swapping locations. 

Not at all. I can help navigate the language barrier, connect you with local vendors, and handle communication so you can focus on enjoying your day– I’ll order the aperol spritz or coffee for you, no worries about that!
